The Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines and the Department of Interior and Local Government commit to provide assistance to the OGP Subnational Champions in the Implementation of the 1st Ever OGP Subnational Commitment on Open Legislation.

The local governments who have committed to open legislation are the Provinces of Albay, Bohol and Agusan del Sur and the Bohol Municipalities of Alicia, Trinidad and Tubigon.
